Mrigcira 23-20' Taurus To 6-40' Gemini
Lord of Mrigcira nakshatra/constellation is Mars.
Mrigcira is the fifth constellation among the 27 Nakshatra.
When the lunar ( Moon) is placed between 23-20' in Taurus to 6-40' degrees in Gemini sign, then it is said that this person is born in the Mrigcira constellation.
NOTE
The first letter of any child's name can be determine by nakshatra.
