Lord of Swati nakshatra/constellation is Rahu.
Swati is the fifteenth constellation among the 27 Nakshatras.
When the lunar ( Moon) is placed between 6-40' in Libra to 20-20' degrees in Libra , then it is said that this person is born in the Swati constellation.
NOTE
The first letter of any child's name can be determine by nakshatra.
