The planets which appears to move in backward direction from our position here in earth are known as retrograde planets.

Means

Kundli main agar graha 10th house mein baitha hai toh wo 10th to 9th ,9th to 8th aur aage aise hi......ulti disha mein chalega.

Retrograde planets tend to gain thrice the strength they actually posses in a natal chart.

Means

Vakri grahas ka arth hai ki garahas ka bal teen guna jyada ho jaana.

There is a misconception that retrograde planets tend to lose strength or it becomes malefic.

Means

Yeh galat dharna hai ki kundli main agar grahas vakri ho jayein toh vo kamzor ho jaate hain ya ashubh ho jaate hain.

If a benefic planet in a horoscope becomes retrograde it will be good for that horoscope.

Means

Kundli ka yogakaraka graha agar vakri ho jaye toh wo us kundli ke liye acha mana jayega.

If a malefic planet in a horoscope becomes retrograde it will be bad for that horoscope.

Means

Kundli ka marak graha agar vakri ho jaye toh wo us kundli ke liye bura mana jayega.
