Chitra 23-20' Virgo To 6-40' Libra
Lord of Chitra nakshatra/constellation is Mars.
Chitra is the fourteenth constellation among the 27 Nakshatras.
When the lunar ( Moon) is placed between 23-20' in Virgo to 6-40' degrees in Libra , then it is said that this person is born in the Chitra constellation.
NOTE
The first letter of any child's name can be determine by nakshatra.
