Vishaka 20-00' Libra To 3-20' Scorpio
Lord of Vishaka nakshatra/constellation is Jupiter.
Vishaka is the sixteenth constellation among the 27 Nakshatras.
When the lunar ( Moon) is placed between 20-00' in Libra to 3-20' degrees in Scorpio , then it is said that this person is born in the Vishaka constellation.
NOTE
The first letter of any child's name can be determine by nakshatra.
