UTTARA PHALGUNI 26-40' Leo To 10'-00 Virgo
Lord of Uttara Phalguni nakshatra/constellation is Sun.

Uttara Phalguni is the twelfth constellation among the 27 Nakshatras. 


When the lunar ( Moon) is placed between 26-40' in Leo to 10-00' degrees in Virgo , then it is said that this person is born in the Uttara Phalguni constellation.
