Lord of Uttara Bhadrapada nakshatra/constellation is Saturn.
Uttara Bhadrapada is the twenty sixth constellation among the 27 Nakshatras.
When the lunar ( Moon) is placed between 3-20' degrees in Pisces 16-40' degrees in pisces , then it is said that this person is born in the Uttara Bhadrapada constellation.
