Pushya 3-20' To 16-40' Cancer
Lord of Pushya nakshatra/constellation is Saturn.
Pushya is the eight constellation among the 27 Nakshatras.
When the lunar ( Moon) is placed between 3-20' in Cancer to 16-40' degrees in Cancer , then it is said that this person is born in the Pushya constellation.
NOTE
The first letter of any child's name can be determine by nakshatra.
